ABOUT ME
I like to think of myself as a positive and enthusiastic person when it comes to social interaction and regarding topics I have passion for. With an approachable and inquisitive disposition, I make a point of trying to be friendly and interesting to everyone I meet in and outside of my fields of work.
My university years are passing by and are thrilled to see my hard work pay off as I graduate with a 1st in interactive design. My attention now shifts to new aspirations to push myself and broaden by an outlook on life through traveling as well as broaden my skill set with industry work.
MUSIC PASSION
Over the years I have achieved several grades in music/music theory with a particular passion for drumming. I have been playing the drums for over 10 years now, successfully completing grades 3, 4, 6 and 8. And passing my Diploma in drumming & Musical performance with Distinction, a huge accomplishment of which I am very much proud of.

My experience with music performance lead to playing in large community Bands which gave me the opportunity to perform tours including Spain (Barcelona), Italy (Assisi) and Austria (Salzberg).
I am often recommended by community bands across Northumberland to perform at concerts/ rehearsals and recently joined the music Band for the Royal Northumberland Fusiliers Regiment. I now find myself eagerly anticipating my time with them.
My passion for music doesn't stop there, I am a huge fan of film and video game music and enjoy listening to the soundtracks. In my spare time, I use my music knowledge and experience from A level and up to compose music in Sibelius 7, this is an activity I enjoy in my spare time. As of recently, I have also begun advertising as a music tutor, my goal is to use my drumming experience to become a teacher to younger drummers after being recommended so from my own tutor.

I am a keen swimmer and scuba diver and I have completed my PADI 2 diving qualification and has become an interesting part-time activity I have enjoyed immensely.
I take part in many online communities based around gaming, music, film, and television where we share ideas and our own passion projects. Video and tabletop gaming are huge passions of mine as I enjoy learning and researching into how certain games are made, taking an interest in the creation process, this passion has lead me to some of the work experience/ part-time work in the industry, that I now have. I continue to explore this medium and look forward to more experience in this field as a hobby or part-time work.
